Returns and Exchanges

Returning things should be just as easy as making your initial purchase. At Weathered Finishes, we try to make that process as fast and as easy as possible.

Please complete the form below, and a member of our team will review your request and provide an RMA NUMBER to indlude in your return shipment.

In most cases, you are responsible for the return shipping . BE SURE TO USE THE RMA NUMBER AND SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED to avoid delays or returned shipments. 

• ITEMS RECEIVED WITHOUT A WEATHERED FINISHES RMA NUMBER will be refused and returned to sender.
• We will not accept Return Shipments that are shipped to us COLLECT. They will be refused and returned to sender.

Damages and Defections

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@weatheredfinishes.com , and we will ship a replacement ASAP and arrange return for the damaged / incorrect product.

Once your RMA is received you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and sent an email confirmation to the email address used at order placement.
